Join your GRIT Team today! Grit is an intense 30 minute workout that you will do a minimum of 2 times per week. Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 am, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:00 pm, Mondays & Thursdays at 7:30pm and Saturdays at 8:20 am.
